AMPI 2019 Pilotage and Port Logistics Conference - Event Specific Terms & Conditions
(For the avoidance of doubt, the terms below, where applicable, override those contained in the AMPI Events Terms & Conditions)
All payments must be received no later than two weeks prior to the Conference. Any unpaid social tickets or registrations will be cancelled. No invoices will be issued from three weeks prior to the Conference, all bookings must be accompanied by full upfront payment.
Access to Conference:
Entry to the business sessions and social functions will be by badge or tickets only. Delegates must have their badge to gain access. There will be security checking badges throughout the venue.
Registration Cancellations & Refunds:
A strict cancellation policy will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing to email@example.com
The following charges will apply for cancellations:
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
