Having only just hosted the sell out 2018 Spring Workshop in Darwin we are pleased to advise, planning for the Newcastle Autumn Workshop is well underway. As usual local AMPI members are the organisers in this case Newcastle Pilots Jeremy Brew and Ricky Rouse. It's a big task and they are working hard on preparing another full and engaging program.
Noah's on The Beach has been selected to hold the workshop sessions, those with long memories will note the forerunner to AMPI, AMPA held a workshop here some years ago. Though the venue has had some renovations since then, the spectacular views remain unchanged. For those of you looking to engage in some pre or post workshop leisure time Newcastle and the Hunter Valley offer many options.
The Ice Breaker will be at Battlesticks housed in the old Newcastle Ferry Wharf with the harbour as a backdrop it should be a great way to ease into the workshop. The Workshop Dinner will be held in The Newcastle Club, one of the oldest and most established private clubs in Australia. Make sure you bring some suitable attire as there are dress regulations. See their website for more details. http://www.newcastleclub.com.au/
Keep an eye on www.ampi.org.au for more information.
