James Rennie is a natural resource scientist who worked for 17 years in government and consulting engineering companies. He held senior leadership roles in local and multi-national companies before throwing everything into starting Australian UAV, one of Australia’s first drone businesses.

With thousands of professional drone flights completed he has gained flying and mapping experience in Antarctic sea ice, internationally and throughout Australia. With a passion for problem solving he has been working alongside Engage Innovation to bring drone technology to the maritime industry.
